Respectfully to the Founder of the Jemitim Foundation, Prof. (Mrs.) Jemimah Timothy Ekanem; the Vice Chancellor of Akwa Ibom State University, Prof. Otoabasi Akpan; members of University Management; Deans and Directors; Heads of Departments; distinguished academics; non-teaching staff; members of the press; esteemed students; honoured guests; ladies and gentlemen; my dear friends.

I am Hon. Bassey Victoria, a 200-level student of Akwa Ibom State University in the Department of Business Administration.

I stand here today filled with gratitude. Receiving this scholarship means so much to me, and I accept it with all my heart. I express my profound gratitude to everyone who has made this possible.

I will not fail to acknowledge the Almighty God, who has contributed to the success of this great achievement. I sincerely appreciate Him for the wisdom He has embedded in me to scale through the examination phase.

I also want to congratulate myself for reaching this great milestone. Dear Victoria, you have done well. Keep thriving, keep winning, and keep making the nation and your family proud.

To my parents, my pastor, my siblings, and friends, I dedicate this award to you all. Without you, I wouldn't have been here. Thank you so much for always pushing me towards greatness. I love you all.
